Take a look at our Jasper and Canton, Georgia restoration project gallery below! Every company or organization needs to plan for an unplanned emergency. This is the reality that The First Baptist Church of Jasper, Georgia, realized one morning in February 2015.
The church furnace stopped operating one cold night this past winter. This caused their plumbing pipes to freeze, expand and eventually break in 12 places. Over 10,000 gallons of water came pouring out in the sanctuary, entry and basement areas.
Global Restoration was on the scene minutes after being notified of this significant event. In collaboration with the fire department, we made sure that all water sources were contained. Then we went to work removing and extracting water from all wet surfaces. We worked quickly to remove the wooden pews in an attempt to save them from damage. Global Restoration handled both the commercial drying process and the remodeling needs of the church. To restore the building, we installed over 40,000 sf of new flooring. This included 5,000 square feet of hand-stained, solid maple wood flooring in the sanctuary. We even handled having the pipe organ removed, cleaned and reset in its original location. No matter what kind of damage your building has sustained, we can help with top-notch restoration services. Contact our team today to get started!
